In many traditions the body is considered to be made of more than just the physical, more than just the tangible.
Much like the body has vitals lines of tangible life force like the blood's veins and arteries or the lymph system or the nervous system, so, too, does the body operate with life giving energy. This concept of energy, energy lines, auras, the astral body is vast and seen among many various cultures and you can do some research to deepen your interest should you want more. It is this life energy lines that acupuncturists. Yoga understands and presents the idea of energy through chakra centers. Energy work utilizes this concept for various techniques to enhance connection, healing, and/or balancing of the body.
Reflexology
Reflexology is thumb pressure point technique used to stimulate the reflexes on the feet that correlates with the body's organs and systems to help create a state of balance. The treatment allows a full body relaxation along with increases balance throughout the entire body.

Shiatsu
This modality utilizes a rhythmic pressure-point technique along energy lines along with gentle stretching for a unique treatment adapted to be done on a massage table that will leave you feeling relaxed, limber, and better balanced. A whole body, full session last approximately 75-80 minutes. Focused work on specific locations due to tightness or understood imbalances available in hour and half hour sessions.

Raindrop Technique - $90
Selected essential oils, chosen for their vibrational frequencies and aromatherapy qualities, are massaged into the spinal reflex of your feet then dripped and massaged along your spine and back for a whole body shift for a more balanced state of being that positively influences your body, mind, and spirit. Entire treatment lasts approximately 70 minutes.
Reconnecting Energy-work ~ $80
Comparable to Reiki, only this session is my own, unique technique of energy healings based on personal experience from childhood in union with the multiple trainings received over the years and nearly 2 decades experience within the hands-on profession.
Chakra Balancing - $80
The Chakra system is based on 7 key points of energy that run along the center of the body and correspond with the physical location of specific ganglia - a collection of neuronal bodies found in the voluntary and autonomic branches of the peripheral nervous system. A Chakra Balancing session focuses on impacting the energy along this Chakra centers to promote balance and a harmonious flow in, around, and through.
Distance Energy-Work
An energy healing technique based on the principle that the healer can channel energy into the client and activate the natural healing process within his/her body and restore well-being that is done at a distance. With a distance session you are not required to be present and can go about your daily obligations or set aside an agreed-upon specific time and sit in a quiet meditative state with intentions to being open for the energy healing.
Unless we scheduled a set time I will email you when I am about to begin the distance session. Once I am complete I will send another email detailing what I saw, received, experienced while performing the distance healing.
Crystal Healing & Drumming ~ $100
Utilizing the energy of crystals combined with the vibrations of drumming specific to each person's energy need for cleansing, healing, and balancing.
